3-Year Limited Warranty

1. Scope of Coverage

This 3-Year Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by TERA (“we,” “us,” “our”) and applies only to the original purchaser of our gear, which includes but is not limited to floating coolers, rechargeable hand warmers, heated jackets, blankets, scarves, hats, socks, gloves, and similar products (“Product” or “Products”).

This Warranty covers:

  1. Surface-Level Manufacturing Defects (e.g., stitching, chips): Must be reported within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  2. Electronic Components: Manufacturing defects in electronic parts are covered for 3 years from the date of purchase.

No other defects or damages are covered under this Warranty.

2. Warranty Limitations

  1. Normal Wear and Tear
    This Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, gradual degradation from use, or any cosmetic damage that occurs after the initial 15-day period.

  2. Exclusions
    This Warranty also excludes, but is not limited to:

    • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper handling, or lack of proper maintenance.
    • Alterations, modifications, or repairs made by anyone other than our authorized service personnel.
    • Exposure to extreme weather or environmental conditions not intended for the Product.
    • Damage incurred during shipping to us for inspection or return, or during any subsequent shipments back to the customer.
    • Any other damage not specifically listed under “Scope of Coverage.”

  3. No Refunds
    Under no circumstances will a monetary refund be issued. If the Product is out of stock, we will provide store credit instead of a replacement.

3. Warranty Claim Process

  1. Reporting a Claim

    • For surface-level manufacturing defects (stitching, chips), you must email or call our customer service within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
    • For electronic component defects, you must initiate a claim within 3 years of the original purchase date.
    • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) and detailed documentation (photos, videos) of the claimed defect.

  2. Product Inspection

    • You must send your Product to us for thorough inspection and testing to verify the defect.
    • Shipping costs to our facility are your responsibility. We do not provide return labels or reimbursement for shipping fees.
    • We reserve the right to determine whether the reported issue is a valid manufacturing defect or is excluded under the terms of this Warranty.

  3. Replacement or Store Credit

    • If we determine that there is a valid manufacturing defect, we will replace the defective Product only if the same model and/or color is in stock.
    • If the Product or specific variant is no longer in stock, we will issue you store credit for the amount originally paid for the defective Product.
    • Under no circumstances do we offer monetary refunds.

  4. Warranty Fulfillment

    • The decision to repair or replace a covered Product is made at our sole discretion.
    • Repaired or replaced Products are covered for the remainder of the original Warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.

  5. Additional Requirements

    • You must comply with all return authorization and shipping instructions provided by our customer service team. Failure to do so may result in denial of your claim.
    • Any attempt to abuse or circumvent the intent of this Warranty may result in a permanent ban from future Warranty claims.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, this Warranty is the exclusive remedy and in lieu of all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstance shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Product.

5. Changes to the Warranty

We reserve the right to modify this Warranty at any time, without prior notice. Any such modifications will only apply to Products purchased on or after the effective date of the change. Products purchased before the change remain subject to the Warranty in effect on their purchase date.

By purchasing or using our Products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this 3-Year Limited Warranty.
